Launch of SFC Solutions

Starting the 1st of July 2020, the new name of the company is SFC Solutions.

This concerns the acquisition of sealing-, fuel-and-break-delivery-, fluid-transfer-system- and compound-businesses from CooperStandard, including approximately 2,500 employees.

This concerns your business relationship with the following plants

  • Cooper Standard Polska Sp. Z.o.o  (Czestochowa and Piotrkow Plant)
  • Cooper Standard Automotive Italy S.p.A. (Ciriè plant)
  • Cooper Standard Automotive Espana S.L. (Borja plant)
  • Cooper Standard Automotive India Private Limited
  • Cooper Standard India Private Limited

and will be changed into the following legal entities

  • SFC Solutions Czestochowa Sp. z.o.o.
  • SFC-Solutions Piotrków Sp. z.o.o.
  • SFC Solutions Spain Borja S.L.
  • SFC Solutions Italy S.R.L.
  • SFC Solutions India Sealing Private Limited
  • SFC Solutions India Fluid Private Limited

We as the SFC Solution Team are highly committed to serve our customers also in the future with our competitive well-defined and vertical integrated product-portfolio of Fluid Transfer Systems (FTS), Fuel and Break Delivery systems (FBD, India) the Sealing solutions as well as within the compound-business.
