Salt Bath Extrusion Lines

  • Vulcanization is performed with molten salt at high temperature
  • Allows production of embossed profiles
  • One line is also designed for extruding products with variable section

Compound Mixing Lines

  • Transformation of raw materials (polymers, carbon black, process oils and more)
  • To date we have ≈ 180 different compound recipes

Microwave Extrusion Lines

  • Equipped with the most modern technology
  •  Possibility of on-line coating on the products without using any primer
  •  Two of these lines are designed for extruding products with variable section

EPDM Moulding

  • Film-joined EPDM/TP

Hot Air Extrusion Line

Extrusion process

Our extrusion processes include EPDM MultiLayers Extrusion Lines, EPDM MonoLayers Extrusion Lines, EPDM MonoLayers with automatic Bending, SILICON MultiLayers Extrusion Lines, TPV MultiLayers Extrusion Lines

3D printing workshop

Our technology used are FFF/FDM and SLA, the maximum printing volume is 1000 x 600 x 500 mm. It allows us to print the following parts flexibly: prototype components, tools, control gauges.

Forming process

The forming of the Fluid-Transfer-Systems is realized with steam-autoclaves for EPDM, silicon and TPV and in a glycerin bath for all FTS produced with the material PA12

Laboratory area

Our laboratory area includes various testing for guaranteeing the promised quality of our products:

1. endurance test, 2. aging test, 3. cleanliness test, 4. reometric & viscosity test, 5. abrasion test, 6. swelling test, 7. extention & compression test, 8. burst test

Finishing Assembly

Our used key-technologies in finishing assembly are overmolding, injection moulding, automatic assembly, manual assembly, leak testing, automatic gluing, washing.

Prototype area

We have dedicated 200 square meter only for prototype-activity and tests. It allows us to recreate easily every process because we have our own equipment. We are also cooperating with other prototype-companys in Europe, so that we are able to build, test and report various needs for our customers.
